At Graze & Savor, a lot of planning and preparation goes into each board, box and table. Therefore, orders for boards and boxes will be refunded only if cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours of the delivery/pickup time. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund for all cancelled orders. There is no refund on orders cancelled within the 72 hours prior to delivery/pickup.
Orders for Graze Tables can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 30 days prior to the event date. The deposit will be refunded with a 20% administrative fee deducted. Refunds are not available for any orders cancelled within 30 days of the event.
