Graze & Savor is pleased to offer another graze board workshop at the beautiful Harpers Ferry Brewing.
In this hands-on class on Wine Wednesday at HFB, you will learn how to build an Instagram worthy Luxe Picnic Graze. Be the envy of all of your friends at your next event!
Tickets include all of the ingredients needed to build your own picnic graze (serving up to 4 appetizer portions), including a bamboo tray and lid, cured meats, gourmet cheeses, dried and fresh fruit, nuts, honey or jam and other accompaniments to take your presentation to the next level. Instructor will provide instruction on charcuterie and cheese styling, perfect pairing ideas, and other tips and tricks to build a graze board as beautiful as it is delicious. Drinks are available for purchase from Harper’s Ferry Brewing throughout the evening.
Tickets are non-refundable and include a glass of wine of your choice. All attendees must purchase a ticket. Class approximately 2 hours. Please indicate any food allergies in the ordering notes.
